Mental illness impacts millions of Americans, but it’s sometimes considered a taboo subject. As a result, many people remain uneducated about the widespread nature of mental illness, how it presents itself, and the way it can adversely affect all aspects of your life.

Remember the people who have helped you along the way, and reach out to them to express your gratitude and update them on your progress. This is also the ideal time to think about any changes you want to make and/or goals you would like to set for the future.
