What are the admissions steps?
Call or submit the form on this page with your information and an Admissions Specialist will be in contact to schedule your visit to the facility. Stage regulations now require an in-person visit before virtual care can begin, and during that visit our Admissions Specialist will review your benefits and assess your need for treatment, specifically determining your eligibility for Virtual Care. Once determined eligible/appropriate, we will schedule your initial appointment with a licensed therapist.
How long is the admission process?
Due to state regulations, an in-person visit must take place before virtual care can begin. This means the admission process relies on your availability to visit our location. An Admissions Specialist will reach out to you as soon as possible after receiving your application.
How does the scheduling work?
For Outpatient (OP), virtual therapists are available M-F for individual sessions. Intensive outpatient (IOP) sessions typically occur in the evening after work for three hours three times a week. An individual in IOP will have 9 hours of group a week and 1 hour of individual session weekly.
How much does it cost?
Most major insurances are accepted. An Admissions Specialist will verify your benefits as well as discuss additional payment options with you. We do not currently accept Medicaid or Medicare.
If insurance won’t cover your treatment, our Admissions Specialists will work with you on choosing one of our flexible payment plans.
More about Vertava Health Virtual Care
Convenient Behavioral Health Care that Works Around Your Schedule
Getting care should be easy. Our virtual healthcare and telehealth services with Vertava Health Virtual Care let you get support for your behavioral health troubles on your own time without ever having to leave your home. Just like with our traditional treatment programs, we create individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Programming is evidence-based to promote long-term success and led by licensed professionals who have your best interest in mind.
With different treatment levels for mental health symptoms and substance abuse, we offer programming with various time commitments and make co-occurring disorder treatment more accessible. Our online counseling services allow you to schedule your sessions at a time that works for you. Therapists are typically available throughout the day and the evenings during the workweek so you have the flexibility to get virtual care when your schedule allows and wherever you are.
Online Mental Health Services
Meeting in person can be intimidating and finding time to go to a mental health facility can be challenging. At Vertava Health, we offer online mental health care for various conditions such as anxiety, PTSD, and depression so that you can get the care and support you need at home. Through our virtual outpatient program, you will regularly work one-on-one with your licensed therapist as well as potentially in groups with people struggling with similar symptoms. Your therapist will create a virtual care program tailored to your specific mental health needs and use proven therapy techniques to help you reduce your symptoms. Length of programming will depend on your progress and goals, but overtime, these virtual care sessions may help you drastically reduce or even eliminate your symptoms.
Addiction Services Online
Recovery is a lifelong commitment with many hurdles along the way. Online substance abuse treatment can be a good option for people who recently completed a higher-level treatment program like residential addiction treatment and are in need of continued support as they navigate life in recovery.
Virtual rehab may also be an alternative treatment option for people not needing intensive programming or when in-person treatment is not an option. Like in a tradition treatment setting, our virtual care platform acts like an online drug rehab where people will participate in both group and individual programming led by a licensed professional. Our online addiction care services also utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and follow American Society of Addiction Medicine guidelines to promote long-term success in recovery.
