Our Admissions Center is staffed with highly trained, caring individuals who bring decades of experience working with individuals suffering from addiction – and their families. They have intimate knowledge of our campus offerings and are personally rewarded by placing addiction sufferers into the proper treatment programs. We provide on the job training for our treatment specialists and regularly monitor their client interactions to ensure that we are providing our callers with the best possible information, compassion and treatment education. We also have an on-staff insurance verification director to ensure quick turnaround for payment options.And just like our admissions center, where our treatment specialists are dedicated to saving men and women from the disease of addiction, we also have leaders at our campuses who fit that same bill.
Our campus CEOs, Clinical Directors, therapists, life skills coaches and even pastors have the depth of education, certifications and experience needed to closely manage programs and their success rates. They remain on the cutting edge of cognitive treatments and routinely monitor the success of each patient along their journey in recovery. There are weekly staff meetings to discuss each individual within each program at our campuses. In these meetings our leadership staff takes great care to understand progress, setbacks, challenges and triumphs for our clients.

As we know, rehab treatment for one may not be the right treatment for another. Additionally, it is important to note that sometimes clients need a higher level of care and should be moved accordingly. With close monitoring of our patients, we can follow their treatment plan and adjust appropriately. This regular monitoring by our campus leaders also allows us to move clients who are progressing well into a level of care correspondingly.
