Nadian Zak

Nadian is known to be a passionate and take-charge People and Culture executive that drives human capital strategies by creating customized and innovative strategic plans to fit the ever-changing needs of dynamic organizations, while upholding the integrity of the organizational values.

 

Nadian currently leads the People & Culture value chain at Vertava Health to include Internal Communications and Engagement, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Team Member Relations, People Operations and Learning & Development, providing a holistic approach to support the team member experience and journey.

 

Prior to joining Vertava Health, Nadian led the People Strategy for Brookdale Health Services (BHS), a division of Brookdale Senior Living, the nation’s largest senior care provider. During her time at BHS, she created and led all of the divisional restructures and reorganization through effective change management, risk assessments and communication strategies.

 

Nadian has also served in multiple senior human resources business partners and advisor roles at Change Healthcare at Smith & Nephew. During her tenure at Change Healthcare, she was a selected change agent to the company’s largest merger (McKesson Technology Solutions) and helped create a leader-led, enabled culture of engagement and inclusion that ensured IPO readiness.

 

Nadian is married to Greg and is a mom of two sweet boys, Preston (6) and Lincoln (3). The Zak family is based in Nashville, TN.
