Anita Morin
A Healthcare industry leader, Anita Morin serves as Vertava Health’s SVP, Managed Care. Anita has extensive experience in strategic business planning, customer relationship building, Value Based Payment (VBP) contract negotiation and implementation within the managed care industry. Her proven abilities in risk management, contract negotiations and financial analysis continue to result in greater efficiency, better payor relationships, and increased access to care for patients.
As an expert in qualitative metric accountability, operational efficiency and quality improvements for increased market share, Anita has an entrepreneurial mindset and strategic approach to managed care. She is adept at leading multi-disciplinary teams, training, mentoring, coaching and cross functional team building. Key areas of expertise include: Employee Autonomy Pay for Performance, Entrepreneurial Development Strategic Opportunity Planning, and Payment Structure Transition Reimbursement Methodologies.
Prior to joining Vertava Health, Anita was the SVP, Payor Relations and Deployment for DJO Global, where she led their managed care department for over six years. Prior to that, Anita held key roles in Magellan Health, Quest Diagnostics, and Coventry Health Care.
Anita earned her Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration and Management from Penn State. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs and going boating.
