Nashville, Tenn., (February 9, 2016)–Addiction Campuses, a leader in addiction treatment and recovery programs in the United States, will join the Prevention Alliance of Tennessee today at the Tennessee State Capitol for Prevention Alliance Day on the Hill. The mission of PAT is to inform and advocate for alcohol safety, substance abuse prevention, and public health policy concerns to Tennesseans and lawmakers.
“As leaders in addiction treatment, it is part of our mission to provide tools for education, raise awareness and implement prevention efforts to combat alcoholism and substance abuse from all areas,” says Addiction Campuses CEO Brent Clements. “We support the efforts of the nearly 70 anti-drug coalitions throughout the state, and assist them whenever possible to create balanced healthy lives for all Tennesseans.”
Headquartered in Brentwood, the Addiction Campuses admissions center receives thousands of phone calls and online chats every month from people who battle alcoholism and substance abuse, and their first priority is getting those people help.
Prevention Alliance Day on the Hill will take place from 8am-1pm CST in the main hallway of the State Capitol.
