Vertava Health East Memphis Behavioral Health & Wellness Center
Located in the Poplar area, Vertava Health East Memphis provides individualized and flexible treatment options for both mental health and substance use conditions so that people can work toward a happier and healthier future.
Programming is evidence-based and led by licensed therapists and clinicians to promote lasting success. With separate tracks for mental health and substance use as well as individualized treatment plans based on results from measure-based assessment tools, patients can get the specific care they need. Virtual care is also available for those unable to attend programming on-site.
Our facility offers mental health care in East Memphis that is designed to help patients lessen the severity and frequency of their mental health symptoms. Patients will work one-on-one as well as in designated therapy groups with a licensed clinician or therapist. Through this programming, patients will will learn how to change their thinking and behavior to better manage their conditions. When necessary or requested, patients may be referred for a medication assessment. Additional programming such as family therapy sessions and case management support is also available at our East Memphis wellness center for patients in our mental health programs.
Our evidence-based substance use treatment in East Memphis can help patients who already completed a higher-level treatment program as well as those just beginning their recovery journey. Our programs can make the transition from residential treatment to life in recovery easier and reduces the risk of relapse. Because not everyone can stay at a rehab center or needs to, our East Memphis addiction treatment center offers more flexible treatment options for patients just starting their recovery journey as well. Case management support, family therapy sessions, and medication-assisted treatment for alcohol or opioid use disorders can also be incorporated into treatment programs as needed or desired.
