MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, Outpatient Director & Nurse Practioner
Taryn Keller has a Master of Science in nursing and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She also has several years of experience in emergency medicine, regenerative medicine, and psychiatric care. During her time in the ER, she worked closely with behavioral health patients as well as with addiction medicine. As Outpatient Director of Vertava Health Westerville, she oversees the team to ensure high-quality care is delivered as soon as a patient walk through the doors and that the team is always growing their knowledge and skills. Taryn is also an active member of several professional organizations and training programs for continued education.
She works to develop strong connections with patients by providing them with individualized treatment plans that optimize their health. She believes that health and wellness are comprised of many different components and successful treatment comes from strong provider-patient relationships characterized by mutual respect, honest communication, trust, compassion, and empathy.
M.ED., LPCC-S, Therapist/Counselor
Michael Stranges is a licensed professional clinical counselor with a supervisory designation and a master’s degree in counseling from the University of Dayton. With over fifteen years of therapeutic experience, Michael has focused on areas such as addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, and more. He regularly works with individuals, couples, families, and people of all ages including children. Michael often takes a person-centered approach to therapy and using cognitive behavioral therapy to help his patients find their best selves.
OCPRS, Outreach Coordinator
Kristina relocated to London, Ohio from Fort Wayne, Indiana. One of her biggest accomplishments is celebrating more than 10 years of sobriety, and she has used her personal experiences to provide support for people struggling with addiction and mental health conditions. Kristina has experience facilitating therapy groups, conducting medication assistance therapy orientations, serving as a peer coach, organizing sober activities, managing a sober living home, and most importantly, giving people HOPE! She is passionate about her work and wants people to know that with her “vulnerability and transparency is welcomed.”
LPCC, LICDC, Lead Therapist
Megan Burden is a licensed professional clinical counselor and a licensed independent chemical dependency counselor. She works largely with teenagers and young adults who struggle with addiction, depression, major trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem/self-worth, human trafficking, relationship struggles, and anxiety. She also has experience working with families involved with children’s services. In order to best assist her patients, Megan uses a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, neuromuscular therapy, meditation, and 12-step training. She also focuses on stress management, inner child work, mind-body connection, assertiveness training, and mood management to help her patients feel empowered.
