Grace Hanzel
LPC, CDCA Therapist
Grace Hanzel grew up near Port Clinton, Ohio. She entered the realm of addiction and behavioral health after overcoming adversity and addiction within her own family as well as adoption at age 13. She received her education at the University of Toledo and has experience in a variety of treatment modalities and settings including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, equine therapy, first responder trauma, inpatient psychiatry, as well as work within the corrections system. Her most recent endeavor has been enlistment with the Ohio Army National Guard and training as a combat medic. She brings with her to the Vertava Health Dublin team an upbeat mindset and is eager to continue learning and helping those seeking treatment in the Columbus area.

Tracy King
MS, APRN, PMHMP-BC, MS Ed., Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Tracy King has over 20 years of firsthand experience working with individuals and families in the Central Ohio community. Early in her career, she worked as a special education teacher but has spent the last ten years working in healthcare as a nurse. She has served as a community nurse as well as a program coordinator and most recently, in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. Tracy recently graduated from Ohio State University with her Master of Science and has become a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She is passionate about helping those struggling with mental health and substance use conditions and looks forward to utilizing her training to provide evidence-based and trauma-informed care to those in need. Her calm and positive demeanor as well as her genuine respect for others has allowed her to build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships. She also values collaboration and strives to assist patients in setting personal wellness goals and empower them to reach their fullest potential. “I consider it an honor to be entrusted in the care of others during their most vulnerable moments.”
